YouTube: Commercial banned from the USA

I was searching YouTube for GLBT commercials this one was banned from the USA.
There are lots more you can watch. I thought this one was interesting because it was banned. I don't want to tell you the clip. You will have to click in on the bottom of the page with your Google mail to sign in, then make a username and password if you don't already have one.

Not sure but you might have to be 18 yrs of age to view this commercial.

It just goes to show you the stereotype of masuculinty that the USA has on men.

  1. What do you know about it being banned? Did networks refuse to broadcast it, or was the FCC involved?

You have to be 18 to see men kissing on youtube, huh? Why???

What do you mean about the stereotype of masculinity? Not sure I follow...

  2. I totally agree with you, Becky! The US would never let that commercial air in the states because a gay kiss is not "catering" to our community and "ways of life". Our country likes commercials that promote beer and sexy women. All of the commercials aired during the Super Bowls are of pretty women, beer, and cars/ trucks. What would our society do if a network aired this commercial??
